Damaged / Missing Items Policy
We carefully inspect and pack every order before shipment.
However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit or parts of an order may be missing.
Please review the policy below so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging, including the shipping label
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:
- A replacement item
- A partial or full refund
Please note that minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product use are not considered damage.
